        摘 要:針對 3 150 A 大電流移開式開關(guān)柜采用風(fēng)機(jī)進(jìn)行強(qiáng)制風(fēng)冷采購成本、運維成本較高的問題,分析了導(dǎo)體發(fā)熱、渦流、散熱通道效果對設(shè)備溫升的影響程度,提出改善發(fā)熱元件散熱的方法和措施,并對開關(guān)柜內(nèi)空氣流風(fēng)道構(gòu)建進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,為大電流移開式開關(guān)柜應(yīng)用自然風(fēng)冷技術(shù)降低運維成本,提高設(shè)備的可靠性提供技術(shù)支撐。

        Abstract: Many problems, such as high purchase costs and high operation and maintenance costs, exist in the 3 150 A high current movable switchgear when it uses the draught fan to air blast cooling. To solve those problems, this paper analyzed the influence of conductor heating, eddy current, and heat dissipation channel effects on the temperature rise of the equipment and proposed methods and measures to improve the heat dissipation of heating elements.This study proposed methods and measures to improve the heat dissipation of heating elements as well. It optimized the construction of airflow ducts in the switchgear for decreasing the operation and maintenance costs of the high current removable switchgear applied the natural air cooling technology. Besides, it also provided technical support for the reliability of the equipment.
