    雙向DC-DC變換器輸入電壓前饋模糊PI控制研究

        摘 要:雙向 DC-DC 變換器是電動(dòng)汽車動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)的重要環(huán)節(jié),為了延長蓄電池使用壽命,達(dá)到優(yōu)良高效的電能轉(zhuǎn)換目的,提出了一種帶有輸入電壓前饋的模糊 PI 控制策略。利用模糊控制器的變輸出比例因子來調(diào)節(jié)輸出電壓,根據(jù)輸出電壓誤差大小來調(diào)節(jié)輸出比例因子,從而改變模糊控制輸出改變的速率,實(shí)現(xiàn)輸出誤差較大時(shí)的快速響應(yīng)和超調(diào)抑制。仿真和實(shí)驗(yàn)測試驗(yàn)證了該控制策略具有魯棒性強(qiáng)、模糊規(guī)則少、無需精確被控模型、控制簡便等特點(diǎn),能夠有效提高變換器的動(dòng)態(tài)性能,實(shí)現(xiàn)魯棒控制。

        Abstract: The bidirectional DC-DC converter is a crucial link of the electric vehicle power system. This paper proposed a fuzzy PI control strategy with the input voltage feed-forward to extend the battery life and achieve excellent and efficient electric energy transformation.This study adjusted the output voltage by using the variable output ratio factor of the fuzzy controller. It regulated the output ratio factor according to the margin of error of the output voltage. This method could change the rate of the fuzzy control output change. It also could realize the rapid response and overshoot suppression when the output error was deviation.The simulation and experimental tests results show that this strategy has many merits, such as strong robustness, fewer fuzzy rules, no accurate control model, and simple control. Moreover, it could effectively improve the dynamic performance of the converter and achieve robust control.
