基于RFID的特高壓變電站主設(shè)備智慧管控平臺應(yīng)用研究

摘 要:在特高壓變電站的建設(shè)過程中,缺少一個(gè)從計(jì)劃、生產(chǎn)、運(yùn)輸、安裝、運(yùn)維等全過程的主設(shè)備管理平臺,無法對主設(shè)備各個(gè)階段進(jìn)行有效管理。構(gòu)建了一種特高壓變電站主設(shè)備全過程智慧管控平臺,介紹了該平臺的系統(tǒng)目標(biāo),給出了系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)及技術(shù)框架,對無線射頻技術(shù)、二維碼掃描技術(shù)等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了闡述,經(jīng)工程應(yīng)用表明,該平臺實(shí)現(xiàn)了主設(shè)備及關(guān)鍵組成部分的生產(chǎn)制造、運(yùn)輸、現(xiàn)場安裝、試驗(yàn)調(diào)試全過程質(zhì)量環(huán)節(jié)管控,滿足質(zhì)量控制要點(diǎn)、全過程追溯要求。

Abstract: It is impossible to effectively manage all stages of the fundamental equipment due to the lack of a capital equipment management platform covering the whole process of planning, production, transportation, installation, operation, and maintenance during the construction of UHV substations.This paper constructed a whole-process intelligent management and control platform for the central equipment of UHV substations and introduced the system goals of the platform. It also provided the architectural and technical framework of the system and elaborated the key technologies such as wireless radio frequency technology and two-dimensional code scanning technology.The engineering application results showed that the platform could realize the quality control of the whole process of manufacturing, transportation,on-site installation, testing, and debugging of the main equipment and the crucial components. It meets the requirements of quality control points and the whole process traceability.
