    10 kV開關(guān)柜梅花觸頭彈簧變形原因分析

        摘 要:10 kV 開關(guān)柜梅花觸頭在長時間運(yùn)行后發(fā)生變形。通過對三組梅花觸頭彈簧進(jìn)行宏觀檢查、材質(zhì)成分分析、力學(xué)性能試驗(yàn)以及彈簧對觸指壓力校核,查找、確定梅花觸頭彈簧發(fā)生變形的原因。結(jié)果表明:造成梅花觸頭彈簧變形是由于彈簧安裝運(yùn)行后,出現(xiàn)了拉力值低于設(shè)計(jì)要求的下降,引起觸頭發(fā)熱和彈簧變形。通過對彈簧變形原因的分析,提出合理的解決方案,使該問題得到有效預(yù)防。

        Abstract: The quincunx contact spring of 10 kV switchgear is deformed after a long-time operation.This paper examined the quincunx contact spring, analyzed the material of this kind of spring, tested the mechanics and strength of the spring, and checked the pressure of the contactor. All these movements helped to determine the spring deformation reason.The result shows that the deformation of the contact spring is caused by the decrease of the tension value lower than the design requirements after the spring is installed and operated, resulting in contact heating and spring deformation.This study provides a reasonable solution and prevents the problem before it happens.
