非接觸式密集型母線槽測溫系統研究

摘 要:針對小區內密集型母線槽與插接箱相連接的觸點位置容易發生老化而導致老化部位異常升溫的問題,設計了一種非接觸式密集型母線槽測溫系統。通過非接觸式紅外測溫模塊進行母線溫度的采集,再由 4G 數據傳輸模塊將數據上傳至服務器,并在客戶端中的可視化界面進行溫度監測預警、設備管理等操作。經過實際使用檢驗,該系統能對整個小區內各位置的插接箱進行溫度監測,并能遠程進行監控管理,具有實用性和拓展性。

Study on the Non-Contact Dense Bus Temperature Measuring System

Abstract: To solve the problem that the contact position of dense bus and switch cabinet in the residential area is prone to aging could lead to the abnormal temperature rise of the aging part. This research designed a non-contact temperature measurement system of the dense bus.This system collected the temperature of the generatrix through the non-contact infrared thermometer module, uploaded the data to the server by 4G data transmission module. It can perform temperature monitoring and early warning, equipment management, and other operations on the visual interface on the client-side. After test, this system has been verified that it could monitor the temperature of the plug-in boxes in the entire community and remotely monitor and manage it.
