    一起500 kV變壓器油中乙炔超標原因分析與處理

        摘 要:及時有效地診斷變壓器在運行過程中潛在的內部缺陷, 對保障電力系統安全穩定運行具有重要意義。針對某電廠 500 kV 變壓器油中乙炔含量超標情況,持續跟蹤乙炔含量變化趨勢,通過變壓器油色譜測量數據三比值法計算,判斷故障類型為低能量放電。退出變壓器運行并返廠維修,經過變壓器解體吊芯檢查發現放電故障點,經放電故障原因分析,并針對性維修,最終消除放電故障。

        Abstract: To diagnose potential internal defects of transformers during operation timely and effectively is vital to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power system. In a power plant, the acetylene content in the 500 kV transformer oil exceeded the standard. This paper tracked the changing trend of acetylene content and determined that the fault type is low-energy discharge through the three-ratio method of transformer oil chromatographic measurement data. The power plan withdrew the transformer from the operation and returned it to the factory for maintenance. It found the discharge fault point after the suspended core examination. After analysis, this research conducts selective maintenance to eliminate the discharge failure.
