10 kV戶外柱上斷路器容量性能試驗的關(guān)鍵點及控制措施

摘 要:對帶隔離開關(guān)的戶外柱上斷路器而言,容量性能試驗要求為過程中不能發(fā)生真空滅弧室觸頭和隔離開關(guān)觸頭打火或熔焊現(xiàn)象。從真空滅弧室觸頭的選型、斷路器機械特性參數(shù)的調(diào)試、隔離開關(guān)觸頭形式的選擇、隔離開關(guān)觸頭壓力的調(diào)校四個方面,通過多次容量性能試驗的摸底測試,分別提出了真空滅弧室觸頭采用杯狀縱磁結(jié)構(gòu)觸頭,機械特性調(diào)試參數(shù)滿足滅弧室的技術(shù)參數(shù),隔離開關(guān)觸頭采用線接觸形式,及隔離開關(guān)觸頭壓力值控制在(185±25) N 的技術(shù)關(guān)鍵點,并對真空滅弧室的生產(chǎn)和隔離開關(guān)觸頭的壓力值也提出了控制措施,為柱上斷路器的器件選型、關(guān)鍵工藝控制、質(zhì)量管控等提供了參考。

Abstract: For an outdoor pole-mounted circuit breaker with isolating switch, test requirements are that the contact of vacuum interrupter and isolating switch cannot be ignited or fused.This paper discussed the selection of vacuum interrupter contacts, the adjustment of the mechanical characteristic parameter of the circuit breaker, the contact types of the disconnector selection, and the adjustment of the contact pressure of the disconnector. Based on the capacity performance test this study proposed four suggestions: the contact of vacuum interrupter should use cupshaped longitudinal magnetic structure, the adjustment parameters of mechanical characteristics have to meet the technical parameters of arc interrupter, the isolating switch uses the line contact form, and the (185±25) N is the technical point of the contact pressure of isolating switch.In addition, this paper proposed the control measures for the production of the vacuum interrupter and the pressure value of the contact of the isolating switch. It provides a reference for the component selection of the pole-mounted circuit breaker, the key-process control and the quality control of the pole-mounted circuit breaker, etc.
