    無擾動快切裝置在鋁電解企業10 kV系統中的應用研究

        摘 要:為提高鋁電解企業 10 kV 供電系統的可靠性和穩定性,介紹了一種多電源、多母線系統的非典型無擾動快切裝置應用方案。對無擾動快切裝置與傳統備用電源切換裝置進行了對比,并給出了無擾動快切裝置的配置及控制原理,通過無擾動快切裝置在鋁電解企業 10 kV 供電系統帶負荷試驗驗證,對切換動作錄波波形進行分析,結合現場實際切換效果,表明無擾動快切裝置能夠提高企業的供電可靠性,降低事故狀態下的人工手動倒閘操作量,縮短事故恢復時間。

    Applied Research of the Undisturbed Fast Switching Device in the
    10 kV System of Aluminum Electrolytic Enterprise

        Abstract: This paper introduced a multi-power and multi-bus systemic atypical undisturbed fast switching device to promote the safety and stability of the 10 kV power supply system of the aluminum electrolytic enterprise. It compared the undisturbed fast switching device and the traditional standby power switching device and provided the configuration and control principle of the undisturbed fast switching device. The on-load test of the 10 kV power supply system of the aluminum electrolysis enterprise verified the undisturbed fast switching device. Moreover, it recorded the switching actions and analyzed the waveform. Combining the practical switching effects, it shows that the undisturbed fast switching device could improve the stability of the power supply and decrease the frequency of the manual switching operation under emergency conditions and shorten the recovery time.
