    混合性負(fù)載下動車組輔助逆變器控制方式優(yōu)化

        摘 要:由于變頻空調(diào)的非線性,導(dǎo)致實(shí)際運(yùn)行的輔助變流器在空調(diào)啟動、變頻的瞬間經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)閉鎖?;谧杩贡扰袚?jù)給出輔助逆變系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定條件,通過合理分配輔助逆變器輸出端的線性負(fù)載和非線性負(fù)載所占比重,達(dá)到減小輔助逆變器輸出電壓畸變率的目的。將改進(jìn)的復(fù)合控制模型引入到傳統(tǒng)的逆變器雙閉環(huán)控制中,通過信號延遲對消 (delay signal cancellation,DSC) 變換算法分別跟蹤補(bǔ)償諧波電壓的正負(fù)序分量?;?MATLAB 及 dSPACE 半實(shí)物仿真平臺搭建 CRH2 動車組輔助供電系統(tǒng)的仿真模型,仿真驗(yàn)證了在改進(jìn)的復(fù)合控制下,大功率空調(diào)在短時(shí)間內(nèi)啟動、變頻、關(guān)停所產(chǎn)生的沖擊性對輔助逆變器的輸出電壓影響較小,表明改進(jìn)的復(fù)合控制方式適用于各個(gè)類型的負(fù)載。

    Optimization of EMU Auxiliary Inverter Control Mode Under the Mixed Load

        Abstract: When the air-conditioner starts over or meets the situation of frequency conversion, the auxiliary inverter might shut down. The nonlinearity of the inverter air-conditioner causes this problem. This research gave the stable condition of the auxiliary inverter system based on the impedance ratio criterion. Moreover, it reduced the aberration rate of the output voltage by properly adjusting the proportion of the linear load and the non-linear load. In addition, this paper drew the optimized composite control model into the traditional double-loop control and followed positive and negative sequence components by using the delay signal cancellation(DSC) transformational algorithm. It constructed a simulation model of the CRH2 auxiliary power supply system based on MATLAB and dSPACE HIL simulation platform. The simulation test verified that high-power air conditioners in many situations, such as start, frequency conversion, and shut-down, had lower influence on the output voltage of the frequency conversion under the composite control. It shown that the optimized method is suitable for all kinds of loads.
