    變電站架構吊具的研制

        摘 要:為了解決現有技術中吊裝方法和設備存在的各種安全隱患問題,研制了由底座裝置、收卷裝置、轉動裝置、支撐裝置、吊臂裝置和吊繩裝置六部分組成的變電站架構吊具。闡述了該架構吊具的設計和制作過程,該吊具將具有操作手柄和剎車系統的臥式電動葫蘆安裝在吊裝裝置的底座,作為動力裝置,以增加裝置的穩定性,同時采用壓力軸承作為轉動裝置,實現吊裝物體在架構上的水平移位;利用電動葫蘆通過支撐裝置和吊臂裝置實現對吊繩裝置的收放,從而完成對電氣設備的升降。實際應用表明,該吊具實現了以電動吊裝方式代替人力吊裝方式,節省了大量的人力,降低作業人員勞動強度,提高了工作安全性。

    The Invention of a Substation Architecture Hanger

        Abstract: The existing hoisting methods and equipments have various safety issues, so the paper invents a substation architecture hanger which is composed of the base, power device, rotator, supportor, hanger arm, and hoist cable, and its design and manufacture process is explained. A horizontal electric hoist with operating handles and brake system is installed on the base as a power device to keep the hanger stable. Meanwhile, the pressure bearing is used as a rotator to realize the horizontal moving of objects on the architecture. With the help of the supportor and hanger arm, an electric hoist is used to realize the lifting and dropping of the hoist cable, completing the move of electrical equipments. According to the practical application, the hanger can replace the manual hoisting with the dynamoelectric hoisting. It saves much more manpower, reduces working intensity of operators and improves working safety.
