    基于故障影響范圍的風險場景篩選方法

        摘 要:在電網風險評估中,需要考慮的風險場景眾多,特別是多重故障場景數量巨大,給風險評估指標的在線計算造成了嚴重困難。提出了一種基于故障影響范圍的風險場景篩選方法,該方法將存在支路越限的 N-1 故障和存在解列情況的 N-2 故障歸入風險場景集,并基于支路開斷因子確定 N-1 故障影響范圍;分析了各 N-2 故障的故障影響范圍交疊情況,在此基礎上采用快速潮流計算,根據是否存在支路潮流越限篩選得到風險場景集。仿真算例表明,上述方法可大幅提升風險場景,特別是多重故障風險場景的辨識速度,更好滿足了在線風險評估的應用要求。

    A Risk Contingencies Selection Method Based on Fault Influence Range

        Abstract: A lot of risk scenarios need to be considered in power grid risk assessment, especially there are huge numbers of multi-contingencies scenarios which have caused serious problems for online calculation of risk assessment indicators.The paper proposes a risk contingencies selection method according to fault influence range. It includes N-1 faults with branch out-of-limit and N-2 faults with splitting into the risk scenario set and determines the influence range of N-1 faults based on the branch outage factor.Besides, it also analyzes the overlapping of fault influence ranges of N-2 faults, which is the basis of selecting risk scenario sets according to the existence of a branch flow out of limit through fast power flow calculation. The simulation results show that this method can significantly improve the identification speed of multi-contingencies risk scenarios and meet the requirements of online risk assessment in a better way.
