    礦場提升裝置電氣系統節能設計

        摘 要:目前大型礦場使用的提升裝置存在控制精度低、調速性能不佳、電能消耗較大等明顯缺點。采用基于變頻調速控制方法協同超級電容儲能技術,開展提升裝置電氣系統的節能設計,在改善提升裝置的控制精度和調速性能的同時,采用超級電容儲能技術回收儲存電機制動電能;在特殊情況下,釋放超級電容儲存電能,為系統正常運行提供電力保障。結果表明,提升裝置調速工況時控制精度得到明顯改善,系統調速性能良好,超級電容儲能可實現對制動電能的存儲與合理應用,滿足系統節能要求。

    Energy-Saving Design for Electrical System of the Lifting Device Used in Mines

        Abstract: The lifting device used in large mines has some obvious disadvantages of low control accuracy, poor timing performance and large power consumption. To solve these problems, the paper combines frequency control method with super-capacitor energy storage technology to improve the energy-saving of electrical system of the lifting device. With the adoption of super-capacitor energy storage technology,this design can recover and store the electric energy from the motor braking while improving control accuracy and timing performance. In some special cases, the power stored by the super-capacitor is also released to ensure the normal running of the system. The results show that the improved design of the lifting device not only increases control accuracy and timing performance under frequency control condition, but also realizes the storage and reasonable application of braking energy to meet the energy-saving requirement of the system through using the super-capacitor.
