    交流控制回路感應(yīng)電壓計(jì)算分析與故障處理

        摘 要:交流控制回路間存在感應(yīng)電壓,嚴(yán)重情況下感應(yīng)電壓會(huì)影響被控元件的可靠動(dòng)作,影響設(shè)備正常運(yùn)行。分析了交流控制回路感應(yīng)電壓產(chǎn)生的原因,結(jié)合某水電站地下廠房加壓送風(fēng)風(fēng)機(jī)控制回路中接觸器無(wú)法釋放的問(wèn)題,提出消除感應(yīng)電壓的三種方法,并進(jìn)行計(jì)算分析,通過(guò)并聯(lián)電容的方法解決現(xiàn)場(chǎng)問(wèn)題,該故障處理方法可行有效。

    Analysis and Troubleshooting of Induced Voltage in AC Control Circuit

        Abstract: The induced voltage exists in AC control circuits, and it may affect the reliable actions of controlled components to disturb the normal operation of equipments in some serious cases. First, the paper analyzes the causes of induced voltage in AC control circuits. Then, it takes the release problem of a contactor in the control circuits occurring to the pressurization fan in the underground powerhouse of a hydropower station as the research object, and proposes three methods to eliminate the induced voltage. After calculation and analysis, the paper chooses the method of parallel capacitors to solve the release problem, which verifies this troubleshooting method feasible and effective.
