    某電廠ETS與METS控制系統(tǒng)技術(shù)改造

    摘 要: 以某電廠的汽輪機(jī)緊急跳閘系統(tǒng)ETS 與汽動(dòng)給水泵保護(hù)系統(tǒng)METS 控制系統(tǒng)技術(shù)改造為背景,重新設(shè)計(jì)和完善了ETS 與METS 控制系統(tǒng)中相關(guān)部分的控制程序,并給出了具體的軟硬件設(shè)計(jì)流程,通過(guò)對(duì)系統(tǒng)設(shè)備的更換,優(yōu)化了控制策略。結(jié)果表明:該改造降低了工作人員的工作強(qiáng)度,實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定高效的運(yùn)行,提高了發(fā)電效益。

    Technological Transformation of ETS and METS Control System in Certain Power Plant

    Abstract: Taking technical renovation of ETS and METS control system in a power plant as the background, re-design and improvement of the ETS and METS control system were made. This paper gave the concrete software and hardware design flow path. The system equipment was replaced and the control strategy was optimized, which reduces the work strength of working personnel. The system realizes long-term stability and efficient operation, improving the electric generating efficiency.
