        摘 要:針對(duì)現(xiàn)有斷路器檢修技術(shù)中檢修時(shí)間長(zhǎng)、操作復(fù)雜、安全性低等問(wèn)題,設(shè)計(jì)了一種新型的通用多功能斷路器檢修小車(chē)。該裝置能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)升降取放斷路器、斷路器底盤(pán)車(chē)直接翻轉(zhuǎn)等功能,并且適用于不同型號(hào)的斷路器。對(duì)該裝置的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了分析并進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,證明該裝置能夠滿(mǎn)足斷路器檢修的載荷要求以及功能預(yù)期。通過(guò)制作實(shí)體裝置并應(yīng)用,實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)表明:該裝置能夠有效地縮短斷路器的檢修時(shí)間,提升檢修的安全性及檢修效率。

        Abstract: The present circuit breaker maintenance technology has problems of long maintenance time, complex operation and low safety,so this paper designs a new universal multi-functional circuit breaker maintenance trolley. The device not only can pick and place the circuit breaker by adjusting the height of the platform, turn over the circuit breaker chassis, but also can be used for different types of circuit breakers.Through analyzing the trolley structure and experimental verification, it is found that this device can meet the load requirements of circuit breaker maintenance and functional expectation. After manufacturing the physical device and making it into application, the measured data show that the device can effectively shorten the time of circuit breaker maintenance and increase maintenance safety and efficiency.
