    永磁同步電機高精度線性霍爾檢測技術(shù)研究

        摘 要:永磁同步電機轉(zhuǎn)子位置檢測在高精度伺服驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)中具有至關(guān)重要的作用。針對傳統(tǒng)伺服電機位置檢測時依賴于成本較高、可靠性低的光柵、磁柵等編碼器,提出采用兩組線性霍爾檢測轉(zhuǎn)子磁鋼的方式,利用可編程邏輯器件(CPLD)實現(xiàn)電機位置檢測,包括拉依達準則算法濾波、算數(shù)平均濾波、數(shù)據(jù)補償技術(shù),提高電機位置檢測精度及系統(tǒng)可靠性。經(jīng)實驗驗證,相比常規(guī)的位置檢測電機磁鋼的方式,電機速度波動降低75%。

        Abstract: The rotor position detection of permanent magnet synchronous motors is essential in high-precision servo drive systems. The traditional servo motor position detection depends on the grating, magnetic grid and other encoders with high cost and low reliability. This paper proposes a method of mover detecting permanent magnets of rotors by using two sets of linear Hall. It uses Computer Programmable Logic Device (CPLD) to realize motor position detection, including pauta criterion filtering, arithmetic average filtering, and data compensation techniques, which improves the accuracy of the motor position detection and the reliability of the system. The experimental results show that the motor speed fluctuation is reduced by 75% compared with the conventional position detection method.
