    基于DPS的雙有源橋DC-DC變換器回流功率優化控制

        摘 要:針對雙有源橋(DAB)DC-DC變換器進行回流功率優化研究,在運用傳統雙重移相控制(DPS)進行調制,變壓器兩側的輸入電壓跟輸出電壓不匹配時,回流功率會顯著增大。提出一種雙重移相的多目標優化控制方法,對雙重移相控制的工作原理進行分析,推導出對應的輸出功率和回流功率的關系式,以此搭建數學模型,并基于該模型對回流功率進行優化;以 KKT 作為條件,針對回流功率的最小化問題,解出內外移相角的最優組合;為了迅速改變當前的傳輸功率,通過虛擬電壓補償方法來實現,從而達到優化系統回流功率的目標;通過 MATLAB/Simulink 仿真對該方案與傳統 SPS(單移相控制) 方案、傳統 DPS 方案進行對比分析,驗證了該方案的有效性及優越性。

    Optimal Control of Backflow Power of Dual-Active Bridge
    DC-DC Converter Based on DPS

        Abstract: For the research of backflow power optimization of Dual-Active Bridge (DAB) DC-DC converter, when the traditional Dual-Phase Shift (DPS) control method is used for modulation, the backflow power will significantly increase when the input voltage on both sides of the transformer does not match the output voltage. Based on the above problems, a multi-objective optimization control method with dual-phase shifting is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the working principle of the dual phase-shift control is analyzed, and the relationship between the corresponding output power and the reflow power is derived, so as to build a mathematical model, and the reflow power is optimized based on the model. Next, with KKT(Karush-Kuhn-Tucker) as the condition, aiming at the minimization of backflow power, the optimal combination of internal and external phase shift angles is solved. Then, in order to quickly change the current transmission power, the virtual voltage compensation method is used to achieve the goal of optimizing the system backflow power. Finally, the effectiveness and superiority of the scheme are verified by comparing and analyzing the scheme with the traditional SPS(Single-Phase Shift)scheme and the traditional DPS scheme by MATLAB/Simulink simulation.
