CSI-200EA測(cè)控裝置改造的若干問(wèn)題分析

摘 要:以某220 kV變電站的CSI-200EA測(cè)控裝置為例,闡述了該裝置改造過(guò)程的安全措施,從交流回路、信號(hào)開(kāi)入回路、跳合閘回路、閉鎖回路、通信方式等方面分析了改造中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題并給出了解決方案。工程結(jié)果表明,此次改造不僅簡(jiǎn)化了回路,增設(shè)了必要設(shè)備,裝置運(yùn)行更加安全可靠,且對(duì)后期的間隔層整體通信和防誤閉鎖都做了預(yù)見(jiàn)性的措施。

Some Problems Analysis of Transformation of CSI-200EA Measurement and Control Equipment

Abstract: Taking the CSI-200EA measurement and control equipment of a 220 kV substation for example, this paper described the safe measures of the equipment and analyzed the problems discovered in the reforming process of AC circuit, signal circuit, tripping circuit, latch circuit, communication methods and other aspects and gave the corresponding solution. The project result shows that the transformation not only simplifies the circuit by adding to the essential equipments that are more safe and reliable in operation process; also presents predictability measures to improve the latter overall communications of the spacer layer and preventive lockout
