        摘 要:針對(duì)跨區(qū)電網(wǎng)間交流輸電通道因故障退出而導(dǎo)致的電網(wǎng)頻率穩(wěn)定問題,在分析直流功率提升快速調(diào)頻原理基礎(chǔ)上,提出一種結(jié)合常規(guī)直流輸電技術(shù) (LCC-LCC) 與混合直流輸電技術(shù) (LCC-VSC) 的頻率協(xié)調(diào)控制策略。以系統(tǒng)頻率穩(wěn)定性提升量最大為目標(biāo),以聯(lián)絡(luò)線斷面功率缺額為約束條件,計(jì)及直流送出近區(qū)電網(wǎng)交流斷面潮流安全約束,建立優(yōu)化模型求解得各直流最優(yōu)功率提升策略。對(duì)規(guī)劃中的某省網(wǎng)多分區(qū)直流互聯(lián)算例進(jìn)行仿真分析,驗(yàn)證了所提控制策略的有效性。

    AC&DC Interconnection Power Grid

        Abstract: In order to solve the problem of grid frequency stability caused by the fault exit of AC transmission channels between inter-regional power grids, based on the analysis of the principle of rapid frequency modulation of DC power increase, a frequency coordination control strategy that combined conventional DC transmission technology (LCC-LCC) and hybrid DC transmission technology (LCC-VSC) is proposed. With the goal of maximizing the improvement of system frequency stability, taking the power shortage of the tie line section as the constraint, and considering the safety constraints of the power flow of the AC section of the DC transmission near the power grid, an optimization model is established to solve the optimal power improvement strategy of each DC. An example of multi-zone DC interconnection in a planned provincial network was simulated and analyzed, and the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy was verified.
