    新型智能遠(yuǎn)方備自投方案研究及仿真驗(yàn)證

        摘 要:備自投裝置是提高主網(wǎng)供電可靠性的一種有效技術(shù)手段,結(jié)合傳統(tǒng)備自投裝置在手拉手結(jié)構(gòu)電網(wǎng)中存在的問題,提出了一種新型智能遠(yuǎn)方備自投方案。分析了遠(yuǎn)方備自投原理,闡述了遠(yuǎn)方備自投方案實(shí)現(xiàn)方法。搭建了 RTDS 仿真測試環(huán)境,對(duì)方案實(shí)現(xiàn)方法進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證,并列舉了試驗(yàn)結(jié)果。最終得出該遠(yuǎn)方備自投方案能實(shí)現(xiàn)相鄰變電站之間數(shù)據(jù)的全景感知,可解決在相鄰變電站發(fā)生故障時(shí)全站失壓的問題,極大地提高了電網(wǎng)供電可靠性。

    Research and Simulation Verification of a Novel Intelligent Remote
    Automatic Transfer Switching Scheme

        Abstract: The automatic transfer switching device is an effective technical means to enhance the reliability of power supply in the main grid. Addressing the issues associated with traditional automatic transfer switching devices in hand-in-hand grid structures, a novel intelligent remote automatic transfer switching scheme is proposed. This paper analyzes the principles of remote automatic transfer switching and elaborates on the implementation methods of the proposed scheme. An real-time digital simulator(RTDS) simulation test environment is set up to verify the implementation method, and the test results are presented. Ultimately, it is concluded that this remote automatic transfer switching scheme enables panoramic data perception between adjacent substations, resolves the issue of total voltage loss at a substation during faults in neighboring substations, and significantly improves the reliability of power supply in the grid.
