自動轉換開關電器機械可靠性分析

摘 要: 針對目前CB 級、PC 級兩大類自動轉換開關電器(ATSE) 存在的機械可靠性問題,從機械設計的角度進行分析,根據(jù)各種ATSE 機械結構示意圖,闡述了產(chǎn)生機械故障的主要原因,并提出改進措施,實踐應用表明:改進后其提高了ATSE 機械可靠性,降低了產(chǎn)品故障率。

Mechanical Reliability Analysis of Auto Transfer Switching Equipment

Abstract: In allusion to the mechanical reliability problem of the two types of automatic transfer switching equipment (ATSE) level CB and level PC, this paper carried out analysis from the angle of mechanical design. According to the mechanical structure schematic diagram of various ATSE, this paper expound the main causes of mechanical failure and put forward the improved measures. The practical application show that after improvement, the mechanical reliability of ATSE increases and the products failure rate reduces.
