一起電壓重動(dòng)插件燒毀事故的原因分析及預(yù)防措施

摘 要:針對(duì)一起電壓重動(dòng)插件燒毀事故,分析了事故的原因,對(duì)電壓切換箱及電壓重動(dòng)并列裝置進(jìn)行檢查,并分析了PT 二次反送電原因,闡述了電壓切換回路、電壓重動(dòng)并列回路的原理,指出事故發(fā)生的根本原因是PT 二次反送電,結(jié)合工作實(shí)際,有針對(duì)性地提出了預(yù)防此類事故發(fā)生的各種防范措施。

Reason Analysis and Precautions of a Burning Accident of Voltage Reacting Plug-In

Abstract: In allusion to a burning accident of voltage reacting plug-in. this paper analyzed the accidental causes. The voltage switching box was inspected, as well as the device of voltage reacting and paralleling. This paper analyzed the causes of potential transformer’s secondary winding anti-inverse charging and expounded the principles of voltage switching circuit, voltage reacting and paralleling circuit, pointing out that the ultimate cause of the accident was the potential transformer’s secondary winding anti-inverse charging. Combined with the actual work, this paper presented various kinds of precautions to prevent the similar accidents.
