基于IEC 61850的智能變電站遠動信息接入方法及其改進

摘 要:介紹了一種基于IEC61850協議的500kV智能變電站遠動信息接入方法,分析了其與傳統500kV變電站接入方法的區別及優勢。通過對500kV智能變電站實際應用表明,該方法適應了智能變電站二次信號過程層網絡化的需求。在此基礎上提出基于GOOSE組網與MSV組網直接采樣的遠動信息接入方式的改進方案,增強了信息共享,對優化智能變電站的自動化網絡結構具有重要意義。

Smart Substation Remote Information Access Method and Its Improvement Based on IEC 61850 Protocol

Abstract: Introduction was made to a kind of 500kV smart substation remote information access method based on IEC61850 protocol. This paper analyzed its predominance and made differences between it and traditional 500kV substation connection-in method. Practical application in 500kV smart substation shows that the method is adaptable to the needs of smart substation secondary signal process layer networklization. And on this foundation, this paper raised an improved method of remote information access of direct collecting based on GOOSE, MSV group networks, which increased information share, with significance for optimizing automatic network structure of smart substation.
