南通沿海風(fēng)電對電網(wǎng)電能質(zhì)量影響的研究

摘 要:以南通沿海風(fēng)電場對電網(wǎng)的影響為例,分析了因風(fēng)電導(dǎo)致電能質(zhì)量問題的產(chǎn)生機理,并利用現(xiàn)場測試數(shù)據(jù)進行了考核。結(jié)果顯示,風(fēng)電出力的隨機性和波動性給電網(wǎng)的運行控制帶來了不確定性,且造成各種電能質(zhì)量問題。提出了若干應(yīng)時措施,以期降低風(fēng)電接入系統(tǒng)后對電能質(zhì)量的影響,保證沿海風(fēng)電大規(guī)模接入后電網(wǎng)的安全、穩(wěn)定、經(jīng)濟運行。

Study of Impacts of Nantong Coastal Wind Power on Grid Power Quality

Abstract: Taking impacts of Nantong coastal wind power on grid for example, this paper analyzed generation mechanism of power quality problems due to wind power and carried out examination by using site test data. The result shows that the randomness and uncontrollability of wind power output causes uncertainty and various kinds of power quality problems. Some counterpart measures are raised, so as to reduce the impacts on power quality after wind power is connected in the system, to ensure safe, stable and economic operation of grid after coastal wind power connected in large scale.
