    一種雙Buck全橋逆變器的研究

    摘 要:結(jié)合傳統(tǒng)的全橋逆變和雙Buck半橋逆變器,研究了一種雙Buck全橋逆變器,分析了其工作原理及控制策略。該逆變器采用滯環(huán)電流控制方式,使其處于電流半周期工作,不僅具有雙Buck逆變器無(wú)橋臂直通、無(wú)開(kāi)關(guān)器件體二極管反向恢復(fù)、可靠性高等特點(diǎn),也克服了其輸入直流電壓利用率低的缺點(diǎn),仿真與實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了其正確性與可靠性。

    Research on a Kind of Double Buck Full-Bridge Inverter

    Abstract: Combined with traditional full-bridge inverters and double Buck half-bridge inverters, this paper developed a kind of double Buck full-bridge, analyzing its working principle and control strategy. The inverter adopted hysteretic current control method, making it in current half-cycle working state. The inverter is in possession of double Buck inverter without bridge arm direct through, diode reverse recovering without switching, high reliability etc features, in addition, overcomes its shortages of low utilization rate of input DC voltages. The simulation and experimental results have verified its correctness and reliability.
