    摘 要: 從功率雙向計(jì)量的原理出發(fā),介紹了凈電表計(jì)量和上網(wǎng)電價(jià)兩種計(jì)量方式,并闡述了國(guó)內(nèi)外上網(wǎng)電價(jià)的實(shí)施情況。分析了諧波對(duì)功率計(jì)量的影響,從分布式電源、電力公司、政府部門(mén)、用戶四個(gè)方面考慮解決方案,明確了責(zé)任和利益分配關(guān)系。

    Analysis of Bidirectional Power Energy Measurement for Distributed Generation

    Abstract: Starting from the principle of bidirectional power energy measurement, this paper introduced two measurement policies of net meter measurement and network electricity price for distributed generation system, and description was made to network electricity prices of implementation both at home and abroad. This paper analyzed harmonics impacts on power energy measurement. Solutions are considered from source of distributed power Company, government and consumer four sides, to have clarified responsibilities and benefit allocation relationship.
