    自然積污絕緣子串等值鹽密簡化測量方法的有效性

    摘 要: 以輸電線路掛網運行的110 kV 及220 kV 自然積污懸式絕緣子串為研究對象,基于每片絕緣子的等值附鹽密度(ESDD) 測試結果,對自然積污絕緣子串污穢度的簡化測量方法進行了研究,分析了不同測量方法的污穢度測試結果差異。結果表明:對于110 kV 絕緣子串,取上、下各1 片,上、中、下各1 片,上、下各2 片絕緣子ESDD 均值作為整串絕緣子ESDD 均值,其差異不大,偏差約為5%。對于220 kV 絕緣子串,取上、中、下各1 片絕緣子ESDD 均值作為整串絕緣子ESDD 均值,偏差較大;為準確表征220 kV 絕緣子串的污穢度,建議取上、中、下各3 片或每隔1 片取1 片絕緣子ESDD 的均值。

    Effectiveness of Simplified Measuring Method of Equivalent Salt Deposit Density of Naturally Polluted Insulator String

    Abstract: Taking 11 0 kV and 220 kV naturally polluted suspension insulator strings on transmission lines as study objects and based on measured results of each piece of naturally polluted insulator for the equivalent salt deposit density (ESDD), this paper studied the simplified measuring method of pollution level of naturally polluted insulator strings. Analysis was made on differences of tested result of pollution level between different measuring methods. The results show that as for 11 0 kV insulator strings, there is nearly no obvious difference among the average ESDD value of the upper one and below one piece of insulator, the average ESDD value of the upper one, middle one and below one piece of insulator, and the average ESDD value of the upper two and below two pieces of insulators. The error between the real value and the simplified measuring value is less than 5%; as for 220 kV insulator strings, the error between the average ESDD value of the upper one, middle one and below one piece of insulator is obvious. In order to accurately evaluate the pollution level of 220 kV insulator strings, it is recommended that the upper three, middle three and below three pieces of insulators or one in every two pieces of insulators should be sampled.
