    故障電流限制器頻繁永久閉鎖合閘的原因分析及改進(jìn)

    摘 要: 介紹了華東500 kV 瓶窯變電所故障電流限制器在線路負(fù)荷電流正常增加過程中,頻繁出現(xiàn)的光通道閥損壞、主動旁路保護(hù)動作及永久閉鎖合閘情況,分析了導(dǎo)致故障電流限制器頻繁永久閉鎖合閘的根本原因,提出了修改閥控與監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)程序,增大閥高電位控制單元檢測時間,以及增加監(jiān)控后臺遠(yuǎn)方復(fù)歸功能的改進(jìn)方法,為變電站無人值班提供了技術(shù)支撐。

    Abstract: For the fault current limiter in 500 kV Pingyao substation, introduction was made to the phenomena such as optical channel valve damage, active bypass protection action and permanent closing in the normal increasing process of line load current. This paper analyzed fundamental causes making the fault current limiter frequently permanent closing; raised modifying valve control and monitoring system programs; increased test time of thyristor control unit and added to monitor the remote reset function, which provided technical support for unattended substation.
