互聯(lián)電網(wǎng)一次調(diào)頻特性研究

摘 要:介紹了一次調(diào)頻在電力系統(tǒng)中的作用,從原動機參與一次調(diào)頻的角度出發(fā),研究了機組一次調(diào)頻及其投入狀態(tài)與電網(wǎng)頻率品質(zhì)和聯(lián)絡(luò)線傳輸功率之間的關(guān)系,給出了不同一次調(diào)頻分布下頻率響應(yīng)曲線與聯(lián)絡(luò)線功率變化圖。結(jié)果表明,在合理選擇機組的調(diào)頻死區(qū)后,當(dāng)各區(qū)域內(nèi)機組的一次調(diào)頻功能投入均勻時,既可以提高電網(wǎng)頻率的品質(zhì),又可以緩解緊急事故下區(qū)域間互助和聯(lián)絡(luò)線過載之間的矛盾,改善電網(wǎng)運行的安全性和可靠性。

Primary Frequency Characteristics Study of Interconnected Power System

Abstract: Introduction was made to the function of primary frequency control. Starting from the angle of original machine taking part in primary frequency control, this paper studied the relationship between generators unit primary frequency control and its connecting status and power system quality and tie-line transmission power, giving frequency response curves and tie-line power change diagrams under different primary frequency distribution. The result shows that after the generators unit frequency dead zone is rationally selected, when generators unit primary frequency control function in each area is connected evenly, the quality of power system frequency can be raised, as well as the contradiction between areas mutual assistance and tie-line overload can be released under emergency accident, which improve the safety and reliability of power system operation.
