    500 kV斷路器機(jī)構(gòu)控制回路雙重化改造分析及應(yīng)用

    摘 要: 鑒于500 kV 斷路器不能快速切除故障將存在直流換相失敗的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),二次系統(tǒng)必須滿足“N-1”要求。闡述了某500 kV 斷路器機(jī)構(gòu)控制回路的原理和不足,結(jié)合現(xiàn)場對其雙重化改造進(jìn)行分析,并提出了施工改造調(diào)試過程中的注意事項(xiàng)。建議在新投或者技改工程中,對斷路器廠家嚴(yán)格要求其第一、二路分閘回路在電氣方面的獨(dú)立性,保障電網(wǎng)的安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。

    Analysis and Application for Double Transformation of 500 kV Circuit-Breaker Machine Control Circuit

    Abstract: There exists the risk of DC commutation failure because a 500 kV circuit breaker is unable to eliminate fault fast, so the secondary system has to meet the “N-1” requirements. This paper expatiated on the principle and insufficiency of certain 500 kV circuit-breaker machine control circuit and combined with on-site condition to analyze and to discuss its double transformation in depth.   The raised caution items in the process of construction transformation debugging provided references for fellow traders. This paper suggested that in the process of new bidding project or technique reforming project, the enterprise of circuit breakers should be strictly required to be independent of primary and secondary breaking circuits in electrical aspect, so as to ensure safe and stable operation of grid.
