基于聚類網(wǎng)絡(luò)的IT系統(tǒng)絕緣故障檢測研究

摘 要:介紹了一種新型港口船舶岸電系統(tǒng),分析了配出中性導(dǎo)體的IT系統(tǒng)絕緣監(jiān)測方法,結(jié)合基于直流信號注入的系統(tǒng)絕緣電阻測量方法,提出了運(yùn)用自組織特征映射網(wǎng)絡(luò)(SOM)對系統(tǒng)監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行融合并判斷系統(tǒng)故障類型的方法。通過試驗系統(tǒng)實測數(shù)據(jù)仿真和工程應(yīng)用,證明SOM網(wǎng)絡(luò)在IT系統(tǒng)絕緣故障監(jiān)測中應(yīng)用的可行性。

Study on Insulation Fault Test of IT System Based on Self-Organization Mapping Network

Abstract: Introduction was made to a new type port coastal power system for the ships and analysis was made to IT system insulation monitoring method of neutral conductor. Combined with the system insulation resistance measurement method based on the DC signal injection, this paper raised the method that carried out merging and judgment to the system monitoring data by applying selforganizing mapping network (SOM). Actually measured data simulation and engineering application of the test system proves the feasibility of application of SOM network insulation fault monitoring method in IT system.
