    摘 要:針對某公司氧壓機起動時導致制氧機組運行中的空壓機和氮壓機跳閘事故,經過多次氧壓機起動試驗,最終確定為一起直流系統(tǒng)供電故障,分析了事故原因及處理過程,并給出了相應的應對措施,經實際運行驗證,處理效果良好,為解決類似事故提供了經驗與參考。

    Cause Analysis and Disposal of Motor Trip Caused by a DC Power Supply Fault

    Abstract: In allusion to the air compressor and nitrogen compressor trip fault in oxygen making machine unit operation caused by a company compressor stating, after repeatedly oxygen-compressor starting tests, it was determined as a DC system power supply fault finally, and the fault cause and treatment process were analyzed. The corresponding counter measures were raised. The actual operation verifies that the treatment effect is fine, which provides experience and references for similar faults.
