    DeviceNet現場總線在MOCVD設備上的應用

    摘 要: 以MOCVD 設備為例,介紹一種基于DeviceNet 現場總線標準,采用遠程DeviceNet 掃描儀SST-END-1-C2 與流量控制器、壓力控制器構成現場總線控制網絡。給出了DeviceNet 軟件設計與控制實現。使用效果表明DeviceNet 是基于CAN 總線技術的一種低成本的通信鏈接,是一種低端網絡系統,具有低成本、高效率、高可靠性的特點。

    Application of DeviceNet Field Bus in MOCVD Equipment

    Abstract: Taking MOCVD equipment for example, this paper introduced a kind of standard based on DeviceNet field bus. The field bus control network consisted of the remote DeviceNet scanner, SST-END-1-C2, flow controllers and pressure controllers. This paper gave the software design of DeviceNet and control implementation. The use effectiveness of DeviceNet shows that DeviceNet is a kind of low cost communication link based on CAN bus technology, a kind of low network system with low cost, high efficiency and high reliability characteristics.
