一臺變壓器鐵芯多點接地故障的處理

摘 要:介紹了一臺主變壓器的故障實例,分析油色譜跟蹤數(shù)據(jù),采用各種判斷方法認為變壓器有發(fā)生鐵芯多點接地故障的可能,經(jīng)停運檢查證實了色譜分析結論。根據(jù)現(xiàn)場條件采用鐵芯加壓法來處理故障,交流耐壓試驗表明鐵芯多點接地故障已消除,結合故障處理過程,給出了確保變壓器正常運行的預防措施。

Trouble Shooting for a Transformer Iron Core Multiple Spots Grounding Fault

Abstract: Introduction was made to a fault actual example of a set of main transformer. This paper analyzed oil spectrum tracking data and adopted a variety of judgement methods to consider that there was possible of transformer with multiple spots grounding fault taking place, and tieup examination proved spectrum analysis conclusion. According to site conditions, an iron core pressure adding method was adopted to have trouble shooting. The AC withstanding voltage test shows that the iron core multiple spots grounding faults have been shoot out. Combined with trouble shooting process, this paper gave the prevention measures to ensure normal transformer operation.
