軟導(dǎo)線引下線風(fēng)偏放電事故分析與改進(jìn)措施

摘 要:針對(duì)一起由臺(tái)風(fēng)引起的軟導(dǎo)線引下線風(fēng)偏放電事故,進(jìn)行大風(fēng)速條件下的風(fēng)偏位移計(jì)算,分析了事故成因,并從減小引下線高差角、降低弧垂等方面著手,提出了通過(guò)加高支柱絕緣子高度的方式來(lái)提高引下線抗風(fēng)能力。計(jì)算結(jié)果表明改造后的方案提高了導(dǎo)線風(fēng)偏后的安全裕度。

Evaluation and Improvement Method for Discharge Accident of Flexible Conductor Down Lead Caused by Windage Yaw

Abstract: In allusion of one discharge accident of flexible conductor down lead caused by typhoon, this paper calculated the windage yaw displacement in strong wind condition and analyzed the accident causes. Starting from reducing the down lead height difference angle, the sag and so on, this paper prosposed to increase the height of post insulator to improve the down lead anti-wind ability. The calculation results show that the improved plan raised the safety margin of the flexible conductor caused by windage yaw.
