    摘 要:介紹了一種永磁操動機構的結構原理,基于Ansoft軟件的仿真環境,建立了單線圈單穩態永磁操動機構仿真模型,通過求解電、磁、機械耦合場獲得了永磁機構的靜態和動態特性。經仿真結果與實際樣機測試結果比較,驗證了仿真分析的正確性,為永磁機構的結構設計及優化提供參考。

    Study and Simulation of Permanent Magnetic Operating Mechanism Based on Software Ansoft

    Abstract: Introduction was made to the structure principle of a kind of permanent magnetic operating mechanism. Based on Ansoft software’s simulation environment, this paper established a simulation model of single winding single stability state permanent magnetic operating mechanism to obtain static and dynamic characteristics of permanent mechanism by solution of electromagnetic and mechanical coupling field. After comparison between simulation result and actual sample machine test result, the correctness of simulation analysis is verified. The simulation result provides reference for structure design and optimization of permanent magnetic mechanism.
