    計及分布式電源的配電網電容器定容選址

    摘 要:針對含風電機組的配電網,提出了一種基于ETAP軟件的電容器定容選址優化方法,該方法利用遺傳算法求解線性規劃問題。在仿真過程中將DG視為負荷,提出一種長時間尺度上的“無功靜態控制”,實現動態與靜態相結合的無功優化,經ETAP仿真計算后,結果顯示:所有母線電壓得到補償;在規劃期間由于無功損耗的減少使支路輸電容量增加并帶來了一定的收益,整個配網系統經濟效益達到最佳;對于含風電機組的配電網,其無功優化效果更加明顯。

    Capacitor Capacity Setting and Location Selection for Distribution Network with Distributed Power

    Abstract: Aiming at the distribution network with wind turbines, this paper raised an optimizing method based on ETAP software for capacitor capacity setting and location selection. This method used the genetic algorithm to solve linear planning issues. In the simulation process the distributed power was regarded as load. A long time scale of “reactive static control” was raised to realize dynamic and static combined reactive optimization. The result of ETAP software simulation calculation shows that all the bus bar voltage is compensated, in planning period, due to the reduction of reactive power, the branch power transmission capacity increased, bringing a certain gain, the whole distribution network system economic reaches the best, especially for the distribution network with wind turbines, and its reactive optimization effect is more obvious.
