    變壓器用植物絕緣油的低溫特性試驗(yàn)研究

    摘 要:為研究凝點(diǎn)低的植物絕緣油對(duì)變壓器絕緣強(qiáng)度的影響,用絕緣油耐壓測試儀對(duì)凝固狀態(tài)下的植物油、油紙絕緣結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行耐壓試驗(yàn),并在高低溫交變試驗(yàn)室對(duì)-30 ℃下的10 kV/315 kVA冷凍變壓器實(shí)物進(jìn)行耐壓及局部放電試驗(yàn)。通過對(duì)比試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,對(duì)于大豆絕緣油,凝固后的絕緣油耐壓下降了3.2 kV;油紙混合結(jié)構(gòu)的耐壓水平基本沒變,凝固狀態(tài)下的耐壓值提高了1 kV;完全冷凍后的植物油變壓器順利通過耐壓試驗(yàn),且在最低氣溫為-27 ℃的內(nèi)蒙古赤峰掛網(wǎng)運(yùn)行23個(gè)月,運(yùn)行情況良好。

    Test Study on Low Temperature Characteristics of Transformer Vegetable Insulating Oil

    Abstract:To study the influence on transformer insulation strength in vegetable oil of low solidifying point, the insulating oil pressure tester was used to carry out pressure test under the conditions of vegetable oil in frozen state and oil-paper insulation structure and partial discharge test were operated on 10 kV/315 kVA transformer at -30 ℃.The results of comparative test show that for the soybean insulating oil, voltage withstand level of vegetable oil in frozen state decreased 3.2kV. Voltage withstand level of oil-paper insulation structure in frozen state increased 1kV. Completely frozen vegetable oil transformer passed pressure test and operated at the lowest temperature of -27 ℃ for 23 months in Chifeng of Inner Mongolia with good condition.
