一起低壓綜合配電箱短路事故的分析

摘 要:針對(duì)一起低壓綜合配電箱投入運(yùn)行時(shí)發(fā)生的短路事故,對(duì)該事故進(jìn)行了理論分析、計(jì)算和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)驗(yàn)證,發(fā)現(xiàn)是因加工切屑在斷路器投運(yùn)震動(dòng)時(shí)移位造成短路事故,且由于未在斷路器的進(jìn)線端銅排之間安裝隔弧板從而導(dǎo)致事故擴(kuò)大,并從生產(chǎn)制造、安裝前檢查、安裝后須進(jìn)行絕緣測(cè)試等方面提出了預(yù)防措施。

Analysis of a Short-Circuit Accident for Low-Voltage Integrated Distribution Box

Abstract:Aiming at a short-circuit accident happened during low-voltage integrated distribution box running, this paper analyzed the accident theoretically and carried out calculation and onsite examine, finding that when the process chipping, the shift of circuit breakers running shaking caused the short-circuit accident. Because there was non anti-arc board installed between copper bars of inlet wire end of circuit breakers, the accident enlarged. This paper proposed some preventive measures from the aspects of production manufacturing, examine before installation, insulation testing after installation etc.
