        摘  要:基于飛輪儲(chǔ)能系統(tǒng)和雙向DC/DC都是能量雙向流動(dòng)的特點(diǎn),提出一種基于雙向DC/DC的飛輪儲(chǔ)能系統(tǒng)控制策略,包括充電時(shí)的恒流、恒壓、轉(zhuǎn)速閉環(huán)復(fù)合控制策略和放電時(shí)的二自由度PI控制策略,給出飛輪儲(chǔ)能系統(tǒng)組成結(jié)構(gòu)及控制框圖。仿真和實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,所提基于雙向DC/DC的飛輪儲(chǔ)能系統(tǒng)控制策略在充電方面解決了傳統(tǒng)控制策略的局限性,控制靈活;在放電方面具有更好的抗負(fù)載干擾和目標(biāo)值跟隨能力。

    Research on Flywheel Energy Storage System Control Strategy Based on Bidirectional DC/DC

        Abstract: The flywheel energy storage and two-way DC/DC are two-way flow of energy systems. This paper proposed a flywheel energy storage system based on bidirectional DC/DC control strategy, including charging constant current, constant voltage, closed-loop speed compound control strategy and two degrees of freedom PI discharge control strategy. This paper gave the composition structure and control block diagram of the flywheel energy storage system. The simulation and experimental results show that the bidirectional DC/DC control strategy of the proposed flywheel energy storage system overcomes the limitations of traditional charge control strategy with flexible control, while in the aspect of discharge, the control strategy is with the ability of better resistance to load interference and target value following.
