高可靠性中壓配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃方法研究

摘 要:介紹了中壓配電網(wǎng)高可靠性規(guī)劃的思路、主要原則及具體步驟。通過開展高可靠性中壓配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃,提出中壓配電網(wǎng)閉環(huán)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)接線、設(shè)備選型、網(wǎng)絡(luò)運行控制、繼電保護(hù)、配電網(wǎng)自動化、通信網(wǎng)建設(shè)等原則并開展工程實踐,取得了良好效果。利用高可靠性規(guī)劃方法開展中壓配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃切實可行,具有較強(qiáng)的推廣性。

Planning Method Study on High-Reliability Medium Voltage Distribution Network

Abstract: Introduction was made to the high-reliability planning ideas, principles and concrete steps of medium voltage distribution network. Through the development of high-reliability medium voltage distribution network planning, this paper raised network connection, equipment selection, network operation control, relay protection, distribution network automation, communication network construction in medium voltage distribution close-ring network and other principles to carry out engineering practice to obtain good effect. The high-reliability planning method is feasible for medium voltage distribution network and has strong popularization.
