        摘 要:介紹了一種超高壓輸電線路耐張引流板快速檢修專用工具,通過(guò)分析機(jī)械強(qiáng)度及電氣參數(shù)選型確定結(jié)構(gòu),研制引流板快速檢修專用工器具。對(duì)快速檢修裝置的性能及經(jīng)濟(jì)效益進(jìn)行了分析研究,經(jīng)各項(xiàng)強(qiáng)度測(cè)試實(shí)驗(yàn)和與人工消缺時(shí)間對(duì)比,該裝置可有效降低跳線滑脫掉落的安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn),解決現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安裝就位困難、作業(yè)時(shí)間長(zhǎng)、極大耗費(fèi)體力等問(wèn)題。

    Quick Overhaul Device for Drainage Board Withstand Tension on
    500 kV and Above Transmission Lines

        Abstract: Introduction was made to a kind of special tools for quick inspecting the drainage board withstand tension of extra-high voltage transmission lines. In order to determine the structure, this paper analyzed the mechanical strength and electrical parameters selection and developed the special tools for quick overhaul. The performance of quick overhaul device and economic benefit were carried out analysis and research. After the comparison of each strength test and artificial defect elimination time, this device can effectively reduce the security risk of jumper slip fall, solving the difficult installation in place, long operation time, waste of large strength and so on.
