鐵心電抗器設(shè)計(jì)中氣隙取值的分析

摘 要:基于產(chǎn)品計(jì)算和制造實(shí)際經(jīng)驗(yàn), 介紹了一種鐵心電抗器設(shè)計(jì)中氣隙數(shù)量的取值方法,通過(guò)氣隙數(shù)量的計(jì)算分析和對(duì)鐵餅工藝偏差、氣隙排布等情況的分析,得到相對(duì)合理的氣隙取值。結(jié)果表明該取值方法有助于提高鐵心電抗器電抗值的一次性合格率和提高生產(chǎn)效率。

Analysis of Air Gap Value in Iron Core Reactor Design

Abstract: Based on product calculation and practical experience of manufacture, this paper introduced a kind of air gap valuing method in iron core reactor design. After calculation analysis of air gap value, discus technology bias and gas configuration, this paper obtained the relative reasonable air gap value. The results show that this method helps to improve the disposable pass rates of reactance value and production efficiency.
