兩起同型號消弧線圈故障原因分析與處理

摘 要：介紹了XHDCZ 型消弧線圈的結構及工作原理，闡述了兩起XHDCZ 型消弧線圈故障發生的經過、現場處理方法，并分析了故障產生的原因。針對XHDCZ 型消弧線圈運行中存在的問題，提出了應對措施，即在設備投運時把好設備驗收關，產品應嚴格安裝到位，且阻尼電阻及其控制回路的改進依然是消弧線圈接地系統的重點。

Abstract: Introduction was made to the structure and working principle of XHDCZ type arc-suppression coil. This paper expounded two cases of XHDCZ type arc-suppression coil faults, the site disposal method and the cause the fault occurring. Aiming at the problems existing in arc-suppression coil running, this paper presented some countermeasures, which means to guide a pass better when the equipment is checked and accepted. The products should be strictly installed and the improvement of damping resistance and its control circuit is still the key point of arcsuppression coil grounding system.
