UNITROL6800勵磁系統故障引起跳機原因分析及改進

摘 要：介紹了一起UNITROL6800 勵磁系統故障引起的機組跳閘事故，對事故原因進行了分析與勵磁系統試驗驗證，給出相應的整改方案，并進行了抗干擾改造。實際運行情況表明，該方案提高了UNITROL6800 系統的可靠性，且有效杜絕了系統誤動作引起跳機的不良后果。

Abstract: Introduction was made to the unit trip accident caused by the UNITROL6800 excitation system fault. The accident cause was analyzed and the excitation system was verified. This paper gave the corresponding rectification and reform program and carried out anti-interference reform. The actual operation shows that this scheme raises the reliability of UNITROL6800 system and can eliminate adverse consequences caused by the system misoperation effectively.
