    配電網三相不平衡治理綜述

        摘 要:介紹了傳統配電網三相不平衡問題的研究現狀。闡述了不同控制算法的適用條件及其各自的優缺點,對比分析了現有治理措施的實用性、可靠性和經濟性;給出了未來環境下配電網三相不平衡治理的新思路,即不再利用傳統的負荷投切或是附加補償裝置,而是通過控制電動汽車和家用儲能設備的有序充放電,并通過優化調度方案便可實現系統的三相不平衡治理。

    Review of Three-Phase Unbalance in Distribution Network

        Abstract: Introduction was made to the research status of three-phase unbalance problems in traditional distribution network. This paper expounds the application conditions and their relative merits of different control algorithms, contrastively analyzed the practicability, reliability and economy of existing control measures and gave the new idea of three-phase unbalance control measure of distribution network under the future conditions, that the traditional load switching would no longer be used or compensation device would be added, but the discharge of electric vehicles would be controlled, as well as the domestic energy storage equipment, the regulation scheme was adopted to realize three-phase unbalance administration.
