        摘 要:基于電磁斥力原理的操動機構(gòu)始動時間短,可由增加電流的簡單方式提高動作速度,非常適合于快速開關(guān)的應(yīng)用場合。采用有限元方法仿真分析了金屬盤厚度、線圈盤蓋板和底板材質(zhì)對斥力驅(qū)動機構(gòu)特性的影響,并研制了一臺基于斥力驅(qū)動裝置和永磁保持裝置的12 kV直動式快速真空開關(guān)。經(jīng)測試和優(yōu)化,該開關(guān)分閘始動時間達(dá)到0.5 ms以內(nèi),滿行程時間達(dá)到5 ms以內(nèi),提高了分閘速度并增加了可靠性。

        Abstract: The actuator which is based on electromagnetic repulsion has a very short opening time, and can increase the opening speed by improving the coil current directly, so it is very suitable for the high-speed switch application area. The paper analyzed the effects of the drivingplate’s thickness, the material of the covering plate and the base plate on the characteristics of the electromagnetic repulsion driving unit using the FEM software, and designed a 12 kV vertical-type high-speed switch vacuum switch which consists of an electromagnetic repulsion driving unit and a permanent magnet force holding unit. After test and optimization, the opening time and the full-stoke time are less than 0.5 ms and 5 ms respectively, and the opening speed and the reliability are improved.
