    繼電保護(hù)裝置遙控遙信聯(lián)調(diào)系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)與應(yīng)用

        摘 要:提出一種新穎的變電站繼電保護(hù)裝置遙控遙信聯(lián)調(diào)方法,介紹了其工作機(jī)理。即以運(yùn)行中的繼電保護(hù)裝置碼表( 含軟報(bào)文、壓板和定值等所有信息) 為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),開(kāi)發(fā)一套繼電保護(hù)裝置遙控遙信聯(lián)調(diào)軟硬件系統(tǒng),來(lái)替代運(yùn)行中的繼電保護(hù)裝置與遠(yuǎn)方主站進(jìn)行遙控遙信聯(lián)調(diào)。實(shí)際運(yùn)行表明,該方法無(wú)需將繼電保護(hù)裝置退出運(yùn)行,無(wú)需將一次設(shè)備停電即可完成遙控遙信聯(lián)調(diào)目的,正確率可達(dá)100%,時(shí)間節(jié)約率達(dá)90% 以上。

    Research and Development of Remote Control and Remote
    Signal on Relay Protection Device

        Abstract: This paper proposed a new kind of remote control and remote signal joint debugging method of relay protection device in substation. Introduction was made to its working mechanism. The stopwatch of operating relay protection device including messages, pressing plate and constant value etc information was taken as the standard foundation database to develop a set of remote control and remote signal joint debugging software and hardware system for relay protection device to replace the operating relay protection device and to carry out remote control and remote signal joint debugging with the remote master station. The actual operation shows that this method has no need to exit the operating relay protection device and has no need to cut the primary equipment off to finish remote control and remote signal joint. The accuracy is up to 100 percent and the time saving rate reaches above 90 percent.
