PCC點接納風(fēng)電能力研究

摘 要:基于某地區(qū)大規(guī)模發(fā)展風(fēng)電現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合具體案例研究了風(fēng)電不同并網(wǎng)方式對PCC 點( 公共接入點) 主變降壓功率、電壓波動、短路及系統(tǒng)潮流產(chǎn)生的影響,找出影響電網(wǎng)接納風(fēng)電能力的關(guān)鍵因素,并提出通過增加風(fēng)電場無功補(bǔ)償,提高PCC 點電壓調(diào)節(jié)能力,增加變電站主變?nèi)萘考柏?fù)荷,加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)等措施來提高PCC 點接納風(fēng)電容量的能力,為今后開展風(fēng)電接入系統(tǒng)設(shè)計提供了參考。

Study on Point of Common Coupling Acceptance of Wind Power Capacity

Abstract: On the basis of the large-scale development of wind power current situation in certain area, combining with the concrete cases, this paper studied on the impact of different wind power grid connected methods on the main transformer depressurization power, voltage fluctuation, short circuit and system tide of PCC (point of common coupling), found out the key factors influencing on wind power capacity of grid acceptance and proposed measures to improve the PCC voltage regulation capacity via increasing the reactive compensation of wind power plant. The main transformer capacity and load in substation were increased to enhance the grid structure etc measures to raise the PCC wind power capacity of grid acceptance to provide references for the following wind power access system design.
