基于LabVIEW與微控制器的沖床自動(dòng)送料測(cè)控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

摘 要:介紹了沖床加工中傳統(tǒng)手工送料方式所存在的問(wèn)題和缺陷,以STM32 微控制器為核心開(kāi)發(fā)了自動(dòng)步進(jìn)送料裝置,分析了其控制策略和方法,并通過(guò)上位機(jī)界面實(shí)現(xiàn)伺服系統(tǒng)的自動(dòng)控制和狀態(tài)顯示,實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,該裝置達(dá)到了預(yù)定的設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù),且控制靈活、經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)用。

Design of Automatic Feeding and Control System for Punch Press Based on LabVIEW and STM32 Microcontroller

Abstract: Introduction was made to the problems and defects existing in the traditional manual feeding mode in the process of punch press. Taking the microcontroller STM32 as the core to develop the automatic step feeding device, this paper analyzed its control strategy and method. The host computer interface was used to realize the automatic control and state display of servo system. The experimental results show that the designed task is achieved and the control is flexible and practical.
